Sebastien Riffault Sancerre Sauletas

Cloudy dark amber. Fruity on the nose but also buttery and honey. Long strong taste of apricot, boxwood, and green fruit. Very nice by it self but enjoyed it with some salmon and tabbouleh.

From old vines. Late harvested but fermented dry. Colour: Orange w. brownish hus. ¨ Bouquet: Opens with sourcream and onion chips and cheese but develops apples must and whisky. Palate: Pineapple juice, apple juice, tea, grapefruits, nuts and yeast. Good acidity. Really good.
