Delicious. Straw yellow in the glass, balanced and elegant, round mouthfeel, white flesh fruits, citrus, pear, grandmas apple pie, baking spice, leading to a long creamy finish.

This was a nice Chard clone. Not too much Malo as others have stated and has nice pear, citrus and light spice notes. A pretty good example of the AVA.

This is a seriously disjointed wine. The cloying malo hides a very green herbaceous note. Up front the only recognizable flavor is nothing but malo. There is no mid. The finish hints at the green that is actually throughout the wine. To summarize...cloying malo followed by nothing...finishing with herbaceous greens...not a pleasurable experience. I'll take plonk over this $20 mess.

Good after 45 minutes of air time and after it warmed up out of the fridge; better with cheese; great with food. Good discovery at this price point, but needs more time to open up and warm up if it's too cold. Nice balance of toasty and creamy/fruity flavors, not much citrus.
