Funky nose with a distinct touch of brett. Beautiful fruit, immensely pure and focused. There is also a touch of carbonique notes together with some meaty, spicy aromas giving a good depth and complexity. Light spritz, but just enough to stay on the pleasant side and to give the wine some extra lift. Very dry with a medium+ acidity, slender body and a good medium+ intensity.
