Pale straw colored white wine. Aromas of butter, pear, vanilla, and mild petrol. Dry, medium acidity, light body, and medium alcohol. Flavors of pear, satsuma, light whip cream, and soy sauce.

Bought 2b from the BCLDB for 11/b CAD (+ 15%) with 3/b monthly discount. Light gold; white stone fruits, hint of honey that follow on the palate, good mouthfeel. Held well over 24h, 48h in the frig.
