We are biased, and we are not sommeliers, but we do not apologize for this. We absolutely love this wine (it's our 1st love in whites)! The lovely nose is a clean, white, fresh grapefruity breeze across the glacier! The palate absolutely matches it, and this pairing tonight with lemon chicken, capers and fresh wilted spinach was absolutely heavenly.

Residual CO2, light bodied, barely any fruit, ending on a short and bitter finish. Priced $20 CAD this wine tastes like a wine half that price. Pass.
