Was good and smooth, but lacked layers and was very light.

Largely consistent with the last note, but this one is showing some oak influence in a good way—roasted nuts and smoke on the nose, and nuttiness on the palate—combined with the aforementioned apple, pear, lemon, lime, saline, and minerals. Solid effort for all manner of fare—seafood, lighter foods, and even more robust like tonight's chicken and dumplings. 87+

Good acidity and minerality, now showing less lemon and more apple. Good on its own or with food.

Very light yellow. Aromas of lemon, pear, saline, and crushed stone. Similar flavors with medium body and finish, and medium(+) acidity. Pretty straightforward joint that's light and bright for summer sipping and lighter fare. Worked well with our veggie flat bread pizzas tonight.

Drunk 2 bottles in January but preferred the last bottle drunk in early summer. Pale in colour and light and fresh on the palate. Tasted ripe apples and lemon and went very well as an aperitif. Would happily buy again having not been particularly impressed with January's tasting.

Hanging in well. Very Maconnaise with exceptional acidity and limestone chalkiness.

Based on Last Bottle's pitch, expected this to be a steelier, more mineral-driven style Rully, and indeed it is. Very toned, with asian pear, lemon and a crisp finish.

Nothing chancy about this. Well made could use a bit more fruit .
