Val di Toro stand visit w/ Anna Maria Cruciata - Vinitaly 2010 Tasted also in 2009. 8 mo in Altero (Poggio Antico) tonneau. Garnet color. Dried fruit but delicate. plums. Good tannins and structure.

Poggio Antico stand visit w/ Paola Gloder - Vinitaly 2009 Paola asked if we wanted to try some wine from her friend Anna Maria Cruciata who is just starting a new winery in Maremma. 100% sangiovese, 6 mo in second hand barrique. very good fruit. good balance - will get better.
