Cairdeas Winery dif�frac�tion

A very intriguing and quite strange wine. Funk, complexity, and substantial evolution in the glass. Seems to have potentially enormous aging potential, though quite hard to be sure. Eventually also develops a wonderful graphite note, as evinced by some Burgundies. Truly extraordinary value. (With excellent company. At a friend's home. Without food. In proper glassware and at a correct temperature.)

Seems a little unfocused in the flavors, jammy with a sugary finish. Hopefully will coordinate itself with more age.
