By itself, was not worth the time. Eaten with turkey noodle soup was beneficial. The combination made it enjoyable and worth the money. I let stand for half an hour which also helped.

Light pinot noir color in the glass with a light nose. European style, so it actually goes pretty good with food, but still was lacking complexity and had almost no finish. A little sweet and just missed the mark.

In our never ending quest for affordable and drinkable Pinot, we try them all. This one did not quite make it. OK, this costs less than $10, so we are not expecting a whole lot. The nose is fresh, but tell tail heavy. The color is too dark for Pinot. But the palate tells the story of too much residual sugar.
