气味很熟，带着很重的贵腐味，除了熟果、果脯和果干之外，还有比较多的蜂蜜果脯味，一开始带有一些贵腐带来的塑料味，以及些许消毒水的味道，随着杯中醒酒，慢慢会散掉，带一些矿物。入口，酸甜比较均衡，结构比较大，但是有点“笨重”和粗粝，果味熟，成熟桃杏苹果，带有果脯，蜂蜜和焦糖味，中后段有些许椰枣和枸杞根的味道，略带矿物和绿草本。还是需要陈年才能打开。91-92/100

气味稍显收敛，一点水果橡皮糖，带有柑橘、菠萝和黄桃的味道，比较明亮，中后段有绵绵沙沙的椰枣味，后段有燧石烟雾和矿物有硬朗的线条，表现沉稳，略带绿植。入口很干净，整体比较丰满沉稳，酸度较高，细腻地渗透在酒里，把整个甜度包住了并支撑起整个甜味，不太突出，无过无不及。果味整体感比较强而圆润，沉稳，偏柑橘熟苹果，在口腔中表现出均衡的效果，后段有点带着微微泥泞的枸杞根、椰枣和奶油，余味较长。91-92/100

Foundation Fundraiser Dinner (Petra and the Beast, Dallas, TX) : Aromas of honeysuckle, minerals, ripe apples and mild pineapples. Apples, pears, healthy dose of minerals on palate with some hints of herbs. Very nice acids. Great balance between the fruit, minerals and acid.
