Pnp for an odd pairing of 3 cup chicken With dark raspberry cola, cranberry, and an earthy meatiness on the nose, this was a dark berry delight on the palate. It's been a while since I popped a cru beaujolais and I was pleased to remember that even with the strong basil & soy flavors of three cup chicken this wine played quite well with others.

Aromas of slightly ripe cherry, and cream over subtle meat and herb notes. In the mouth cherry, fresh but structured with fine tannins. Beautifully balanced and quite polished. Exceedingly good with steak tartare.
