Officially an NV but actually all fruit is from the 2014 harvest. The vineyards were in conversion to organic viticulture during the time of harvest and were certified in 2015. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Riesling. Aged for 18 months on the lees. 12% alcohol, dosage 8 g/l, acidity 7 g/l. Pale whitish-yellow color.
