Still showing beautiful ruby color in the center transitioning to translucent lightly brown rim. Nose of roses in the barn. Full bodied with viscose legs and tears. Red fruits, brown sugar and cinnamon hearts extend to a long and lingering finish. Can’t believe this Pinot is 34 years old. Unique and such a treat!

PNP. Ripe cherry cola nose. Big and ripe fruit, with a velvety texture and a nicely refreshing finish. Showing some age but very tasty at cellar temperature. The hit starts to poke out when it warms.

23 year old Russian river valley, Pinot Noir. Unfiltered, unfined cloudy look in glass. Nose of Sweet dark boysenberries and almost honey notes. definitely a fruit forward wine on the pallet, with mild spice and waning acid. Very happy to have tasted. Loved it. 14.6% abv

Dull toffee red with med to med dense color intensity. Porty and cherry cola with a wack of saspirilla. Intense although over ripe not varietal. Sweet fruit with a little RS or alcohol sweetness. Good depth of flavor. Dried raisins and cherries! Great fruit weight but just overripe and so poorly made.

Garnet red, nose now showed more red fruit, plenty of mixed berry fruit but cranberry/tart cherry more prominent with this bottle, acidity also prominent, medium length finish. Tasty wine overall but our last bottle. Served with leftover prime rib. Last of that too.

Really nice wine. Quite youthful for 30 years old. Fairly dark in the glass. no significant bricking. On the nose I get leather and dark cherry with some earth. Nice dark cherry fruit, mushroom, baking spice on the palate. Tannins are very soft. Finish is medium lnegth. Nice bracing acidity throughout. My 3rd aged Dehlinger. Very impressed

I don't want to get too technical, it was delicious. A few hard edges peaking out on the aftertaste, but for an 18 year old still firm. Oh wait...

This is another one of those wines that is so delicious and so easy to drink that you are drinking that first glass and then its like what? where did it go? am I already through with it? I have to get another glass of this. It's ridiculous that it is gone already!

Not quite as stellar as the bottle I had last September (a 96 then, "only" a 94 this time). Still terrific, complex and lush. Typical Dehlinger RRV style. Drank on PnP first time but this time it needed some air, traditional Pinot Bowl.
