Straightforward easy-drinking burgundy for a weekend. Light, perfumed, fruity and with a touch of elegance if not pure refinement. Excellent QPR, really good. A producer to keep note of. This will keep c2-3 years I think, so out to 2024.

Delightful youthful Pinot Noir. Fresh, red fruit-laden, floral, earthy and delicious. Great value for money, you can buy a lot worse for a lot more. A producer to explore - Santenay.

Aromatically pleasing with cola, pomegranate and cherry to the fore. The palate is disjointed, strangely dense and lacks charm. Just a bit awkward at present but I suspect will come together given 3 yrs.
