Best bottle (Restaurant Lion's, Stuttgart) : *** brief notes for my memory, no detailed tasting notes. Wines tasted blind if not noted otherwise *** Clear, medium golden color. Nose a bit muted with some spontaneous fermentation notes. On the palate really dry and very mineral. Never guessed Saar! Needs air and felt still a bit locked. Nevertheless a beautiful experience with enough life left for some more years. 89-90
