Fabbioli Cellars Paco Rojo

Loaded with fruit with a medium to light body and soft on tannins. Weak-structured, but I wasn't expecting much from it. My girlfriend picked it up last year during a trip to her parent's near DC. From what I remember, it was designed to pair with spicy dishes, but it was easily overpowered by the chickpeas curry we had it with. I still like many of Fabbioli Cellars wines, but next time I'll pass on this one.
