Severino Garofano Girofle Salento IGT

Similar to the 2018; characterful and enjoyable wine, and a good value. Interesting scrub, fennel seed, blood orange and animal sorts of aromas, more savory and funky than fruity. Dry, juicy, with good acidity, a hint of tannins, and a firm streak of salinity, quite tasty/moreish. Good stuff. This has become my house rosé. Best at cellar/room temp, not too cold.
