Has improved with the extra year. Quite smooth, with a mix of red and black fruits. Mid weight that reflects richness of the fruit yet still light to the palate. No heat and no discernible tannins but a nice mid length finish. It's in a good place now and well balanced.

I'm no Pinot expert, but purchased this at the winery in Calistoga because it had more body than some of the lighter pinots. Smooth and wonderful with grilled lamb. (Great winery experience if you are in the Napa area)

Excellent value with great balance and cherry fruit. Modest tannins. The 15% alcohol does not come across as "hot" and the wine quite good friendly

Dark fruits, medium weight and easy drinking. Nice flavor profile but more acidic or spicy than expected on the mid-palate and finish plus some lingering heat (alcohol). Once the heat subsides in a year or two, should increase the score.

A very good pinot that drinks way Above its price point. Black cherry and plum flavors with some vanilla from the oak, which borders on overdone but doesn't cross the line. Higher alcohol well balanced. slightly cough syrupy. Fuller bodied but not syrah-like. Would buy again. Bottle disapeared rather quickly. 91-92

Plums, baked cherries, vanilla and oak aromas. cloudy red color. Fruit forward, vanilla and a little tartness in the mouth. A lingering finish. 15% alcohol. Drinks well by itself. Good for the money.
