This Chard is somewhat dilute and lacking fruit; short finish and subdued nose. Needs more acid to carry it. Not impressed.

Pear, pineapple, lemon up front, with some slight minerality in the middle and a slightly oaky, shorter finish. Reminds me of a villages Burgundy chard... nice

A medium bodied white which exhibits smoky aromas of white pepper, ginger, and light pear. The mouthfeel is somewhat oily with mineral flavors and subtle fruit.

Very pleasant to drink. Opened with guests who went on to drink only red that evening; only one short glass consumed first night. Flavors hung in over a couple of days, although I don't have much to add to other posters' descriptions. Acid seemed to diminish somewhat over the next couple of days, but varietal flavors remained. Second night bottle was slightly chilled (ice bucket for 15 minutes max) instead of right out of the refrigerator. Better than expected, although …

Classic Carneros style: Rich, buttery, spicy apple, vanilla, and oak, offset with decent acidity to provide freshness. Finishes solid. Stereotypical CA Chardonnay. Nice value at $13 and great as an everyday drinker.

A well-made classic Carneros Chardonnay of a medium to lighter style. Fresh, tasty but a bit same as many other from the region.

Moderate acidity and short to medium finish. Some minerality/chalk. Upon opening, a bit of sulfite, opened to oak that maybe got in the way. Definitely better when not too cold, but again oak starts to get in the way. Drinkable.

Yet to be Named Wine Club Meeting #7 (Mark and Erica's) : Prevalent notes of honey, hazelnut and maple. Would almost swear there was a bit of botrytis. Reminded me of a muscat. Very dessert wine in character but lighter in body. Very interesting.
