Bit of old apple on the nose; lots of acidity that borders on sharp; like biting into a juicy lemon that tingles your cheeks and lips; palate has a strong rockiness and woodiness; lightly tart lemon custard on the finish.

The estate name has changed as Sebastien Coustaret did not want it to be confused with the Bordenave estate, cousin related if I remember well... Unsure. Anyways the wines are getting better and better, with use of Biodynamics, AB certified for sure from now on. Petit Manseng mostly, with Courbu and Camaralet.
