100% Pinot Noir from several certified organic parcels in Marsanny including Champ Forey, Crais, Les Longeroies, Chapitre with vines planted 1950-2000. Manual harvest. 33% whole bunch. Minimal intervention. Aged 12 months in 500-litre barrels (15% new). 13% Abv. Winemaker: Laurent Fournier A(ccuray)=2: Med cherry/red. Pure, fresh varietal.
