Very well made, and very Burgundian in style, if blind taste, would’ve guess a premier cru burgundy wine. Nice mineral, green apple and white flower. Wow one of the best Italian white, given the price, a 94pt wine.

Ripe but drinkable.

Deep gold in colour, medium white rim with a bit of legs. Fruit forward on the nose with buttery and waxy notes - Riped mangoes, pineapples, salted butter, and a bit of vanilla. I can smell a bit of alcohol too; feels like it'll be a very bold and in-your-face wine. It is a lot more restrained on the palate with good minerality and acidity. Lemons, tropical fruits, hint of vanilla, with a bit of bitterness in the mid-palate. Great …

I was pleasantly surprised by this as i was expecting something big and in-your-face, but it was well balanced, round with ripe tropical fruit, stony minerality, fresh acidity that balances out the oak. The score is a reflection of its current stage, probably still too young and will likely improve over the next 4-5 years. (91-93)

Tasted in La Gemella Restaurant in Barolo - nice wine list and good traditional food of Piemont with a certain kick 😊 N.buttery and waxy, yet not fat, more sexy, white chocolate, piment, vanilla/tonka, green notes, very complex and really elegant T.good acidity and mineralic notes, lemonpeel, long and buttery finish with the (furniture) wax again; sexy and unicorn-ish in Piemont. Or do you know more like this from the area?? Please comment 🤗

Nice lifted nose, floral, pink fruits, some integrated oak. Palate is balanced, ripe. Fruits, med plus finish; definitely moved away from the more modern take this wine had in previous vintages
