High pressure under the cork. Gentle sustained bead. Very pale. Great grapey aroma, more like a moscato d'Asti. Drier taste. Intense lemon acidity. Slightly bitter edge. Hint of lactic. Not bad. Maybe serve with goat cheese or piquant salad. [Cork + cage; 12% abv; Lidl, £7.99]
