Rose dinner at Chaoshan : Didn't have a Cotat on hand but had this was an able substitute. Bit of VA on opening but blew off. Strawberry both visually and on the palate, darker colour and better depth than the Tempier. Slightly sweet but thought this was a more serious light rose, if that makes sense. Have liked everything I've had from this producer.

Bright translucent magenta reminiscent of neon; perfectly ripe red currant and raspberry with perfectly (for me) competing acidity; slate notes add a bit of complexity. Worked with a panoply of foods on a warm late afternoon holiday social distancing picnic on the back patio

Agree, slightly expensive at $30, but still drinks well. Strawberry, honeydew, crushed rock. Sweet on the attack but with a dry and stony finish. Tasty!

Dark pink rose color led me to expect more extracted flavors, which I didn't get, and be surprised by a little upfront floral sweetness ahead of the dry finish. Didn't telegraph pinot noir the way new world PN roses do, which could have been the fault of the narrow glass. Excellent, but questionable value at $35.

Medium pink. On the nose aromas of strawberries, red cherries and a hint of barnyard. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium plus acidity, medium plus alcohol , medium plus body and a medium plus finish of fresh strawberries. On the palate the mouthfeel is silky, full, almost butter with sharp red strawberries, red currants, and cherries. A particularly rich rose.
