The wine looks purple colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like balsamic, cherry, black pepper, tobacco, Herbes de Provence, mint, oregano and thyme. The body is light/medium. The wine finishes medium. The wine has high acidity. Lacks a bit of freshness.
