Highly effervescent with a sickly sort of sweetness. Seems like a secondary fermentation occurred in bottle.

Lovely vermentino. Bright fresh green herb, almond. Long.

In contrast to the previous bottle, this is now very bright, even with a bit of spritz that brightened it up. The aroma does not match the taste: somewhat herbal and heavy.

This new bottle did not live up to my expectations. Not nearly as good as the 2018. It seemed flat, off dry, and lacked complexity. Too bad I have 4 more bottles.

A little less interesting than the previous bottle. Mandarin, lemon, herbs and a touch of iodine. Round and almost oily, bitters on the finish.

A very enjoyable and well made wine. Aromatic with a great minerality appearing with time with bitter grapefruit, licorice, lemon and herbal notes (think laurel). Med to full body, almost an oily texture but the acidity keeps the wine balanced. This is definitely a food wine which showed how good it was with veal shops and tapenade pepper pie.

Light yellow with lemon colour at the core. Aroma includes vibrant grapefruit and lime with roasted hazelnuts accent and, ash or mineral undertone. It had a medium mouth feel with grapefruit, kiwifruits and a slight melon flavor all very well rounded by umami components providing volume on the mid-palate, complimented by defined saltiness and minerality. Acidity stays through medium to long finish without much development which turns into more mineraly after taste. Very well structured wine with Corsican sea breeze …
