Dense purple in colour, pepper and damson plum on the nose. Lovely mouthfeel with rich dark fruit, pepper and spice. Lovely balance with fine tannin and long finish.

The bottle had been open for some time. A candied fruit aspect on the nose. Medium bodied, robust and tannic on the palate with candied dark fruit and a dusty finish. Nice. At Primula Bar.

At Primula Bar. Popped and poured. Oaky aromas on the nose. Medium bodied, tannic, delivering oak,vanilla and dark fruit flavors. Quaffable but a bit on the oaky side.
