On the sweeter side for a savu blanc. Herbal, a touch of cat pee (haha), honey suckel, a hint of mint. Good balance but not overly complex. Simple lil sipper.

So unique in the WA Sauv Blanc scene - New Zealand style, especially on the nose, full of grass, lemongrass, melon, and a "dry" odor. Lots of pineapple, green apple, and intensely bold grapefruit on the flavor. But there's a bit too much sweetness toward the end of the flavor, which exposes the charade all too quick. Still, different, interesting, pretty well made, if a bit sweet. Highly recommended to try at least once.
