Really good, Developing, the acid has mellowed somewhat and it has allowed the flavors to really shine. Great stuff!

Flavors of lemon, lime and gooseberry. Mineral salinity, Zingy. Crisp great acidity. Would pair well with fish. Very enjoyable.

93++. Very pale gold color. Prominent delicious bouquet of slate, stone, mineral, peach pit, dry peach, hints of petrol and peach liqueur. On the palate, rich, concentrated, complex with delicious flavors of slate, salt, mineral, dry peach, peach pit. Long finish. Good acidity. Drinks well now, but should age well. Very Alsatian in style. Great QPR. Delicious.

loads of lime, wet slate, lemon verbena, goosberry. as always with ESSA, insane QPR. Kosher wine continues to improve offerings across all price points, and the new world newcomers are 100% worth paying attention to. Very energetic, puckering acidty while holding ample fruit & delicate herbs

Kosher Food and Wine Experience 2025 (Meadowlands Hilton) : bone-dry, slight petrol on the nose, peach and apricot throughout, and earthy spice on the finish could rival some German Riesling that I have tried!

Really good, On the nose some kerosene and lime. No kerosene on the palate but its creamy, kiwi, green apple, pineapple, key lime, the creaminess throughout is really nice, with a nice lemon mint finish. Really good stuff. 91-92

ESSA, Seaside, Riesling, Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge, 2023: Pale straw in color , with light green reflections. On the nose, green apple peel, orange blossom, lime, bergamot as well as hints of dried flowers. Medium-bodied, with medium-plus intensity. Dry on the palate, with flavors of ripe stone fruits such as white peach and apricot, green apple, earthy minerals, and crushed river stone on the mid-palate as well as freshly squeezed lime.
