Rolf Binder/Veritas Halliwell

Dark red purple. Blue fruit, fruit syrup, flowery nose. Medium body, blueberry, pepper, saline. This is mellow, showing soil tones, too. A creamy, gently sloped finish. In a very good spot.

Such an interesting wine with a somewhat complex, inky musty tone. Yet, it's obvious the wine was doing what every wine eventually does best, crawl to a slow death. The wine was coming loose at every end. But We were glad to have experienced it nonetheless.

Mega mums. 75/25 mix på Shiraz og Grenache. Meget mørk og næsten sort i farven. Duften er dejlig krydderet og med sød duft af modne sorte bær. Smagen er power aussie rødvin med en utrolig flot frugt, vanille, krydderi og virkelig fyldig og kraftuld fætter. Dejlig syre og passende tannin. Kan drikkes alene eller med mad. Who cares når det er godt....

Cloudy dark brick colour, fruit, tobacco, cedar on the nose. Very tannic, almost bitter. Disappointing

A nose of cherries an spice, dark garnet in color. A medium to full bodied red Rhone blend, with plums, black cherries, chocolate and spice finish, good stuff.

Nice and smooth, could use a bit more agressive tanin but good quality wine

A very nice shiraz w/ the grenache balance. Not too spicy, full bodied and long finish.
