Surely past its prime (my bad) and lacked bite, but the fruit and nut flavors are still lovely. This was a syrupy treat.

My last bottle from a case purchase. Not overly sweet, and paired nicely with tiramisu.

Deep gold at this point. Honey on the nose. Honeyed dry pome and stone fruit with a hint of graphite with some cherry citrus on the finish. Botrytis? Juicy mouthfeel with sweetness well balanced by "just enough" acidity. Not sweet enough for fruit pie. Pumpkin or mince meat perhaps.

Nicely honeyed. We preferred it a little more chilled than usual for us.

Solid dessert wine. A bit cloying, but not super sweet. Could use a bit more acid, but hard to complain for the price.

Very good not to sweet dessert wine with a great QPR. Grab this if you can find it under $10.

Really tasty; unfortunately my last bottle, this was one of the best QPRs ever.

Delicious as usual. Basically liquid honey, but somehow not too sweet. This ranks with some of the less expensive Sauternes, but it was only $5/bottle... wish I had bought more than a case!!

Consistent with previous review. Slightly more sweet than I'd like, but absurd QPR given the price I paid ($60 for a case of twelve 375 mL bottles). Compares well to some Sauternes that cost four times as much.

Made with Grenache Blanc from the Beeswax Vineyard in the Arroyo Seco, Monterey County the grapes for this wine were left to dry in the vineyard for two weeks in order to intensify the sugars. The resulting wine is honeyed and sweet with plenty of tropical fruit character. 15% residual sugar.

Another enjoyable bottle, same as before. On the palate it starts with sweet with citrus and tropical fruits but finishes with midl spiciness and hint of acidity, quite nice.

Orange, tangerine and pineapple on the nose. Nose citrus, apricots and orange marmelade taste, refreshing, not cloying, really nice and pleasant sweet wine. Plus unlike many others this is only 12% alcohol!

Raisins & citrus on the nose. Sweet, honeyed palate, but acid balances it out. Very nice mouthfeel. Long finish. Great QPR.

Sweet! But that's what angel paille should be. I got subtle flavor of HOPS! Peaches and honey abound. A nice dessert.

Very nice, balanced, not too sweet - a bit of acid to round out the flavors. Flowers, a touch of citrus, big honey. Better lightly chilled than served almost frozen.
