A blend of Alfrocheiro, Jaen and Touriga Nacional sourced from three organically farmed 25 to 60 yo vineyards in Vila Nova de Tazem, in the Serra da Estrela sub-region of Dão. The fruit is partly destemmed, fermented spontaneously and macerated for 30 days in French oak vats. Aged for 15 months in French oak vats and smaller barrels. 12,5% alcohol.
