Anonymous Wine Collective Zinfandel Ancient Vine Pagani Ranch

This is a Wednesday nighter -- not as complex as a Zinfandel from Ridge. Decent for the price. Can probably use some age.

I was hoping for more here. Nose felt a little muted to me, opened up with a little bit of funk, some light spice and candied fruit. Palate is light and inoffensive but missing some depth and intensity. More candied red fruit, a bit of orange zest.
