Lots of Wines and Liquor with the neighbors (Our home) : Wow, this was quite good as well. Really had a lot going on here. Its got some fruit notes with coffee and butterscotch tones. I am not good at describing whiskey but this is deep. Just a slight amount of heat. Not sweet, not peaty. Delicious. There is a lot of what I would call oak showing and that seems to carry the heat. Perhaps some air or time …

One of my favorites. Not unlike the Redbreast 21 but a bit more hearty and a wider range of flavor. Beautiful stuff.
