Calcareous Cabernet Sauvignon Signature Estate

2 hour decant, and glad I used a filter… lots of sediment. Nose is faint rose petal. Mouth feel is very silky through and through. This is a lighter body than the typical Calcareous Cabernet. There is a sweetness to this that reminds me of their Reserve Grenache… very delicious to drink, with tannins and acid that take a back seat, but are still very much pleasantly present.
