Popped the night before. Great intensity of different flavours on the nose for a Village level. Starting with pure fresh cherry, strawberry coulis and some darker fruit too. Sweet spices come trough after aeration, cinnamon, green cardamom, aniseed, rose petals, dried orange peel. Really elegant and complex nose, with a nice finish of roasted cocoa beans and leather.
