Clear, pale salmon pink in the glass. Aromas of strawberries & pears. Fresh fruit flavors -- strawberries mostly -- and refreshing minerality. Slightly acidic, so great for sipping on a warm summer's day. Pairs well with fresh fish (snapper or triple-tail, for instance) or shrimp grilled simply over charcoal.

Nice. Good acid and minerality without being too tart. Can be drunk alone on a warm summer day or with food. It went very nicely with my garden salad with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

To the nose, slight strawberry, red cherry and raspberry. Very slight herbs plus minerality as wet concrete. On the palate, dry but not ultra dry. Delicate with very soft flavors (same three, strawberry leads). Expected mouth feel and length. Slightly salty at end. Overall, very nice and better for summer.
