Some wood and earthiness in the nose with black cherries and licorice. Currants and blackberries in the flavor. Medium to long finish. Not as complex as the estate wine, but a very pleasant cabernet.

For those of you that have a few bottles of this gem in your cellar, your in for a treat...this wine is drinking perfectly right now. Incredibly smooth, balanced and fruit forward, this wine is rich and full of dark mixed berry fruit. Not a lot of complexity, but for those who enjoy big Napa Cabs...enjoy!

Coconut, vanilla, cedar, dark berries dusted with coco. I find this wine to be a bit hot and disjointed with .......In a word Oak. Not bad but overpowering for me at this stage. The finish is reminds me of having a glass of scotch, more so than any other wine.

really well balanced at this point. Does not need any more time. Blueberry and a vanilla/mocha influence with a nice backbone of toasted oak. Seductive wine, really good wine for the price

Dark almost back purple color. Nose of Coconut Vanilla creme with hints of blackberry. Very round palate with mouth coating viscosity. The finish has hits of tobacco, coffee and tar. At this stage this is a big wine still searching for its balance between fruit and oak. I feel this one needs much more time to reach its peak. I would hold.

Absolutely one of the best wines I've ever drank. Big, bold, and an easy, enjoyable drink. Brix, Napa, has it for what looked to be a reasonable price... Great bottle, great food.

Deep, intense pop of cab sauv that explodes on the middle palate. Doesn't taste young at all. Tastes like dripping nectar encased in deep surroundings.

drank well last night, opening up a bit. Herbal tea, coffee, and blueberry. Very complex layers to this, rich and opulent. I was impressed. My previous note said "syrah" like, I do not get that anymore. Should age well but good drinking now.
