Inky purple, dense. Lovely petite Sirah with a blackberry compote nose elevated by herbal notes of mint and sage. Satiny, saturated palate is sweet/tart, with a very long finish. Outstanding!

NeveYarak tasting (Neve Yarak, by Momo Shmilovich) : Durif (Petit Syrah) 90%, Carignan 10% clear, deep purple clean, rich dark red fruits-spicy aromas, smoked meat notes dry, high acidity, high tannins, full body, dominant dark red fruits flavours, smoked meat hints, long finish. still very young and required 3-5 years of ageing, at least.
