Sekthaus Solter Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature

Light /11,5°. pale yellow, yeasty and bone dry, but relatively light body due to the 43% pinot blanc. Cannot be mistaken with a Champagne and also less fruity than a Cremant de Loire with its Chenin Blanc but bolder than a Procecco. It is actually very elegant and fits very well to seafood and can be drunken a bit colder. The perlage could be finer, but that may be due to the short time between shipping and opening. Fair value.
