In superb condition. Refined, elegant but with a gentle depth of evolved flavour. Floral, grass, minerals, honey. Lasted beautifully over a few days. Very more-ish.

What short & confused last wrote. I'd add the wine has a lovely clean presence, where the softness rather eases on the palate, with light honey sweetness with the soft fruit; still a pleasing balance of acid and light mineral tone.

Starting to soften. Pale yellow. Saline profile with some notes of juniper and round white orchard fruit on the nose. Lemon, apples, pears and wet stone complimented by acidity.

Still enjoying this wine. Gold tinged pale yellow. Etched salinity with some notes of juniper and round white orchard fruit on the nose. Gripping acidity, lemon, apples, pears and wet stone. Consistent quality across three bottles.

Accord superbe avec mon tartare de saumon. Minéralité exemplaire, fruits blanc (pomme verte/poire). Q/P incroyable!

Just as good as the last bottle if not better. Color: Pale yellow with the slightest hint of gold. Nose: Etched salinity with some notes of juniper- somewhat more mellow on the nose than my memory from the first bottle. Palate: Beautiful acidic cut with a pleasing mineral spine. Again- white orchard fruit- primarily apple- with lemon and wet stone. What a value!

I admit, I'm a little surprised at the quality of this villages from a producer I'd never heard of going for less than a couple sawbucks. White florals and subtle orchard fruits take a back-seat to a nice, deep salinity with notes of fennel and fern. Medium bodied and somewhat rich as befits the vintage; mouthcoating, but certainly not heavy. On the midpalate, a dense, minerally extract that carries over to a medium length, very pleasant finish.

Color: Pale yellow. Nose: Etched salinity with some notes of juniper. Palate: Very nice acidic cut with a pleasing mineral spine. Green apples, lemon and wet stone. The wine is lean but not in a bad way. I was very happy with it for a $17 french chard.

Apple citrus acidity, lots of chalky minerality and a good dose of chard funk.

Green apple and lemon notes on the nose with clear chalk character, wet wool and slight honeyed florality. Dry and refreshing - almost steely - palate. Some butter, white pepper and hints of richer fruit. Good length. Definitely nice enough. @Kupittaan Paviljonki

Light, crisp, but not the intensity, body, or finish that I hoped for. Was not flawed but not memorable.

Taste at S&W. Citrus yellow apple pear. Minerals and some white mossy play. Really nice for the money. Focus on finish is satisfactory.

Fine Vines Fall Grand Tasting (OneSixtyBlue, Chicago IL) : nose: nice and fresh nose with crisp tones of pears, lemon zest and mineral tones. Not that much depth, but fine for the level. taste: light bodied with medium+ acidity and nice tones of pears, lemon zest and some crushed rocks. overall: a nice and very drinkable chablis. A little more ripe than I would expect, but has a nice mineral base on both the nose and palate.

Various restaurants in Cork and Dublin; 3/7/2011-3/12/2011 (Cork and Dublin, Ireland) : I never thought I would taste an unripe French wine from the 2009 vintage, but this is a real mouth-puckerer. My expectations for AC Chablis include lean minerality and lemon, but this wine is anorexic, offers mean unripe apple-star fruit-greengage (that's the best I can do, it sounds nicer than it tastes) and a distinct vinegar edge which overwhelms any residual minerality there may be. No depth, complexity …

Good acidity. Citrus. Minerality dominated the finish. Good wine for the price, but I'm sure I could find better.

Complex, big Chardonnay for $15. Drank with a ham quiche. Yellow straw color. Mild nose, but lots of minerals and lemons on the palate, nice amount of oak. Not as crisp as most Chablis, more rich and creamy. Excellent value!
