Napa Wine Dinner in NYC (Peking Duck House) : Double decanted for 7 hours. This wine needs time and air. Not a fruit bomb and still drinkable if you give it air. On the nose, I experienced red fruit, licorice, and cedar. Upon sipping, I tasted black currant and cedar. It had a boozy and heat on the finish (the 15.8% will do that to you).
