Apsara Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon

Color close to black. Does not taste like a classic Napa Cab, but a good wine nonetheless. Held my attention over three nights.

Opaque dark color--almost black. Dark fruit on the tongue--blackberry dominates. Some tar, some anise. Lively spritz on the edges of the tongue, although it seems quite mellow under the rear palate. This is a good wine, but I really think a few sideways years will help various components harmonize.
