This was just not my cup of tea. The wine is a blend of 80% PN and 20% Pinot Blanc. After primary fermentation, the second fermentation on the lees took 30 month. The flavor profile has a little to much funk, missing the precision I love in Champagne. It’s probably slightly controversial, but I pass on this one.
