This luscious blend consists of Gamay, Cabernet Franc and Gewürztraminer. It was 100% stainless steel cold fermented for 15 days. Our winemaker performed an extended cold soak on the skins in order to produce Nelly's rich and dazzling colour. A picnic favourite! Enjoy Nelly with seasoned chicken, a fresh fruit and berry salad and assorted local cheeses. Nelly will also enhance many fine deli meats including Prosciutto, Duck or a spiced Paté.
