Very good and promising at the beginning. Typical Riesling notes, some yellow fruits, salty minerality and good structure. After 3-4 hours of air it seems a little bit tired and lighter on the palate. Don't know what to think about this one... Edit day 5: more complexity, herbs and roses, lighter on the palate. Very good still

Very different style from young mosel Riesling that reflects more on primary fruity note. On the nose it reflects herb (basil), spices (cinnamon and clove), and yellow fruit. On the palette it has great umami flavors (kind of like fermented bean paste) with earthiness. This is very young, and I am already seeing great potential.
