Beautiful deep salmon color. The nose reveals aromas of blood orange and a bit watermelon. This 5 year old Rosato is more serious than most with a carry over of blood orange on the palate with pleasant minerality, though I assume some of the bright acidity noted by others, in its youth, has faded a bit over time. Overall - still very enjoyable; refreshing without being too assertive, nice balance of fruit with the smidge of minerality. Great pairing with …

Orange-peach color in the glass; honeysuckle, ripe strawberries and nectarines on the nose with a whiff of damp earth, round acidity in the palate with some salinity, nectarine. Something meaty and savory here, which gives this rose some real presence. Medium body.

Beautiful wine, opalescent, shimmering, orange-tinged salmon pink. Palate of strawberries, volcanic ash, and saline minerality. Very savory. Excellent with food and an all around terrific rosado, similar quality to prior vintages.

Bright salmon. Strawberry, rose petal and stone fruit aromas. A robust streak of minerals on the palate. Apricot, watermelon and saline round out the finish. Excellent.

This stuff is fantastic, all previous tasting notes are true. This has been my go to rosé for the past three years and nothing else compares. You are very fortunate if you can find this, give it a try. Is still delightful on day two, very sturdy. In that, and other ways, it shares some characteristics with a Bandol rosé.

Delightful rose. While not dark or heavy, it's also not on the light or delicate side of the rose spectrum, rather in the middle. I wouldn't want this to be any farther into the dark-hued style of rose, but am fine with where it currently sits. I will likely buy more of this for the summer.

Delicious and surprising! Dark, rich color, not quite Tavel but more orange. The bouquet is also lovely blood orange, which is followed up on the palate. Add in some great acidity and this wine is a lot of fun!

Listán negro is a widely planted grape in the Canary Islands, accounting for 5,000 hectares under vine. Lanzarote is the easternmost island in the Canaries, and the vines are planted in small pits that are dug out of the ash-based soils. The growing conditions are harsh and yields exceedingly low. Bright salmon pink. Light aromatics of watermelon, rose water and a hint of cinnamon. Fresh but at the same time unctuous and intense, the palate evokes summery flavors of strawberry, …

Lovely rose. Bright acidity and some underlying tannin. Peaches, pears. Would absolutely enjoy again.
