Whoa, this was sensational! The oak is well integrated with just a welcome textural effect. It’s intensely flavored with all those tastes only Viognier can concoct. It’s super zesty which seems to amp up everything. Focused, deep and with more than enough lift to make it right at home with a range of Greek appetizers.
