Paolo Francesconi - Faenza (Faenza - Italy) : No skin contact. Soft pressure (with feet on a wooden holed table). Old gold, with a nice consistency, Medium intensity and complexity, fine at nose: ripe apricots. Dry and rounded; high acidity and minerality. A bit of dry tannins showing up. Intense, persistent and fine. A correct wine, with a evident acidity, but an overall balance. Low fruit. AiS: 80/84 2017
