Arguably the third wine from this 5 hectare estate, blended from 90% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc and 3% Cabernet-Sauvignon, aged in (10% new) barrique for 12 months, 13% ABV, 5,000 bottles produced. Clearly the fruit has been handled very carefully, the wine making avoids any excess and delivers fresh flavours of nicely polished fruit with attractive floral lift.
